Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of This Policy
This policy governs all refund and cancellation requests for services purchased on the TDAC-Portal website. It applies to all service tiers (Standard, Express, Premium) and supplements our Terms of Service.
Our service fee covers form preparation, review, and electronic submission assistance only — not any Thai government fee (the official TDAC is free of charge) and not any Thai Immigration decision regarding your entry to Thailand.
2. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal — Important Notice
At checkout, EU consumers will see the following acknowledgment, which must be accepted before payment:
"I request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that my right of withdrawal will be lost once TDAC-Portal has completed submission of my TDAC to Thai Immigration."
If you cancel before work has begun (before we have reviewed your application), you retain your full right of withdrawal and will receive a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.
3. Full Refund — Situations Where You Are Entitled to a Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Pre-processing cancellation: You cancel your order before we have begun reviewing your application (typically within 1 hour of order placement for Standard; immediately upon contact for Express/Premium).
- Our failure to submit: TDAC-Portal fails to achieve a confirmed TDAC submission and QR pass delivery due to a technical or operational failure on our part, not caused by incorrect information you provided.
- Government system unavailability: Thai Immigration's TDAC portal is permanently discontinued or rendered permanently unavailable, making submission impossible.
- Duplicate order: You accidentally placed two identical orders for the same traveler. The duplicate will be fully refunded.
- Force majeure preventing completion: An event beyond our reasonable control permanently prevents completion of the Service.
4. No Refund — Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- After successful delivery: Your TDAC QR pass has been delivered to your email.
- User-provided inaccurate information: Your submission was rejected or invalidated by Thai Immigration due to incorrect, incomplete, or false information that you provided.
- Thai Immigration rejection: Thai Immigration rejects your TDAC application, declines your entry, or takes any adverse immigration decision — these decisions rest solely with the Thai government and are outside our control or guarantee.
- Change of travel plans after submission: You cancel your trip or change travel details after we have successfully submitted your TDAC.
- Late submission preference: You choose not to travel to Thailand after a successful TDAC submission.
- Government fee: The Thai TDAC is free of charge; no government fee component exists in our pricing.
5. Re-submission Policy

Re-submissions are subject to the same accuracy warranty as original submissions. Re-submission is not available after your scheduled arrival date.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@visatourist.org with subject line: REFUND REQUEST — [Your Tracking ID].
- Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for your refund request.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and resolve it within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your card issuer).
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith (e.g., after successful TDAC delivery) may result in account suspension and may be disputed with evidence of delivery. We cooperate fully with payment processors in all chargeback investigations.
