VisaTourist (visatourist.org) is an independent, private, third-party service operated by ABUNDANCE LEGAL LTD. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to the U.S. government, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), or any other government agency or department.

“ESTA,” “CBP,” and “DHS” are used only to describe the U.S. government program with which our Service helps you. All such names and marks are the property of the U.S. government.

4.2 The Official Government Option

You can apply for ESTA directly with the U.S. government at the official website esta.cbp.dhs.gov, where you pay only the U.S. government ESTA fee (US$21) and do not pay our service fee. Using VisaTourist is optional. We charge a service fee for the convenience of guided intake, error-checking, and submission on your behalf. If you only want to pay the government fee and complete the form yourself, use the official site.

4.3 No Guarantee of Approval

We do not guarantee that any ESTA application will be approved or processed within any timeframe. Approval, denial, and processing time are determined solely by CBP. Our role is limited to preparing, reviewing, and submitting your application based on the information you provide.

The Service and any information on visatourist.org are provided for general informational and application-assistance purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, immigration advice, or a determination of your eligibility to travel to or enter the United States. In providing the Service we do not act as your attorney or legal adviser. For legal or immigration advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified, licensed attorney or accredited immigration adviser.

4.5 Accuracy and Outcomes

While we review applications for completeness and internal consistency, we rely on the information you provide and cannot verify its truth. We are not responsible for denials, delays, or other outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information, or from CBP’s exercise of its discretion.
